If you are using the iPad 1st generation, iPad 2nd generation, iPad 3rd generation, iPad Mini 1st generation, you will be unable to use our app. Every other iPad will be able to use our app, however the newer your iPad, the faster the app will run.

You may use any printer that supports Airprint. Airprint is a feature for IOS devices that allows you to print through a Wifi connection.

If you are in the least bit unsatisfied with our product, you may absolutely receive a full refund. Since you bought our app through the App Store, you will need to go through the App Store to receive your refund.

We do not have a demo version of our app but we do suggest that those who are interested in our app, may purchase it and should they decide it doesn't suit their needs, may receive a full refund through the App Store.
Our app uses the Mail app that is already installed on your iPad.
All you need to do is sign into an account through the Mail app and our app will connect with your email so that your guests can use your account to email themselves their photos.
